Deluthium (DE1 Exchange) - Dark Liquidity Infrastructure for RWAs
2026-07-05
Deluthium operates the DE1 Exchange, institutional-grade dark liquidity infrastructure for real-world assets. It enables private and efficient trading of tokenised equities, commodities, and other RWA markets: a dark pool model applied to on-chain assets. The platform targets institutional participants who need large-order execution without market impact, deployed on Base and BSC.
Revenue is 100% of swap fees collected by the settlement contract on each executed trade. Unlike AMMs where fees split between protocol and LPs, DE1 captures all fees since it operates as a principal venue rather than a liquidity-provider-based pool. Volume is measured as the sum of output token amounts from QuoteSettled events, and fees are extracted directly from the feeAmount field of each event.
RWA trading infrastructure is an emerging category with few adapters. The dark-pool settlement model: trades are matched off-chain and settled on-chain: meant reading QuoteSettled events rather than traditional AMM Swap events. The data source is meaningfully different from standard DEX volume tracking even though the underlying computation is similar. All-time fees stand at $1,270, very early-stage, but the protocol represents a direction that institutional DeFi is heading as tokenised assets become more prevalent.
