Sushi Launchpad: One-Click Token Launch with SushiSwap V3 Market

2026-07-31

Sushi Launchpad allows anyone to deploy a new ERC-20 token and simultaneously open its SushiSwap V3 trading market in a single transaction. It targets teams that want instant on-chain liquidity at launch without manual pool configuration. The launchpad deployed on Robinhood Chain and Arc, catering to the emerging category of retail-oriented tokenisation chains.

Revenue comes from two sources. Trading on launch-token pools incurs a 1% SushiSwap V3 fee, all of which belongs to Sushi: there is no LP revenue-sharing on these pools. Additionally, each new token deployment pays a fixed gas-token launch fee. The supply-side distribution: creator fees, token buybacks, and initial LP rewards: comes from a separate pool mechanism rather than from Sushi's retained revenue.

The adapter reads TokenLaunched events from the factory contract to discover each new deployment, then aggregates Collect events from the associated V3 pools to capture accrued trading fees. The fixed launch fee is captured from the msg.value of each TokenLaunched call. Separating Sushi's retained revenue from the creator supply-side distribution required carefully reading the split logic in the contract, since both flows originate from the same pool but route to different recipients.

All-time fees are $389,600, which is modest but reflects a newer protocol on smaller chains. The launchpad's value proposition is simplicity over scale, and tracking it contributes to DefiLlama's completeness on Robinhood Chain and Arc.
